Location
All Saints’ is situated in the centre of Winterton, between West Street, Queen Street and Churchside, at the top of Market Hill.
Access and Parking
The main access to the church is via the South Porch off Churchside. Please note that Churchside is a narrow, one-way street with no parking, though cars may drop off passengers at the main church entrance if entering Churchside from Queen Street. Cars cannot reach the church directly from Market Street because of the one-way system.
There is no dedicated parking space for our church. The landlords of the George Hogg, in Market Street [postcode DN15 9PT], very close to the church, have kindly agreed that our visitors may use their car park — if you do, please take the opportunity to call in for a drink. The George Hogg is privately owned and is open most days from 9am, but not Mondays and Tuesdays, when it opens later and the car park gates may be found closed. It is easiest to approach the George Hogg car park from High Street towards Market Street.
There is no parking in Churchside, and parking is very limited in Queen Street. A few spaces are available on Market Street and more along the High Street, though some of these are time-limited. Roadside parking is possible along West Street, from where a footpath crosses the churchyard opposite the Old School Hall.
Bus Services
The nearest bus stop to our church is in High Street. Services include the 350 Humber Fastcat (Scunthorpe–Hull) and the 55 (Scunthorpe, Appleby, Winterton).
